STENCIL CLUB is a platform that allows users to share and view images. Our community can post content, provided it is not explicit, does not involve minors, and does not promote or depict illegal activities.

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you post on the App. By posting content, you grant STENCIL CLUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
• Compliance: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to post any content that:

• Is explicit, including but not limited to, pornographic material.
• Involves minors in any capacity.
• Promotes or depicts illegal activities.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Rights Reserved by STENCIL CLUB

• Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

6. No Ownership of User Content

STENCIL CLUB does not claim ownership of any content you post. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including any consequences that may arise from it. By posting content, you affirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

7. Verification of Identity and Age

We may request that you verify your identity and confirm that you are of legal adult age at any time. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STENCIL CLUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any content posted by you or any third party on the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STENCIL CLUB and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
